The gentleman I was dealing with was checking my vehicle outside and another salesman walked in and gave me his cars, told me to contact him and he'd help me out. I contacted him about a week later and he wanted me to send him nude photos in return for helping me get financed!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!!! Another salesman told me I couldn't afford the vehicle I was looking at and wouldnt budge on the price due to all the "extras" and what they "had in it"...funny, it still hasn't sold! More

Horrible and very unprofessional. My windshield was cracked while parked on the property as I was test driving a vehicle over a month ago and I have yet to receive a call from a top manager. I have made 4 trips to the lot to speak to someone and left 6 voicemails. I, as well as multiple family members have purchased vehicles from Moses for years. So, instead of making things right, they are willing to lose a family of business (thousands of dollars) for a $350 windshield replacement. I personally will never buy from here again nor recommend them to my friends or family. A simple phone call could have eliminated this unsatisfactory service. Clearly, this company needs to read up on customer satisfaction. More

Unbelievable I called on Monday to get information on a car they had listed online. The sales guy was helpful, sending pictures and video. Based solely on the pi I called on Monday to get information on a car they had listed online. The sales guy was helpful, sending pictures and video. Based solely on the pictures on the web and the ones provided by the sales guy I agreed to buy the car, they let me know that the price was automatically lowered online and was below what they paid on trade. On Tuesday I filled out the credit form online, outlined a plan to make the 7 hour trip pickup the car. They told me I was all set. On Wednesday night I received a text, not a phone call, notifying me the car had "just drove off the lot", sold by another sales guy. The explanation, a car is still for sale until the papers are signed, it was hid in back in hopes somebody else didn't show up. It would have been nice to know when I asked if there was anything else I needed to do before I arrived. Personally, I think they got a better offer. Shady!! More

Poor customer service I bought a truck on 9-5-16 had a bill of sale and was told they would have it ready 9-6-16. Went to pick truck up and was informed it was sold to some I bought a truck on 9-5-16 had a bill of sale and was told they would have it ready 9-6-16. Went to pick truck up and was informed it was sold to someone else. No compensation was offered and said it could take a few weeks to get one in. They did however offer me another truck for $2000 more. I even lost money in their pop machine. Call me old fashion but if I had a customer that was buying a $40000 truck I would give him a pop. More
