I bought a certified used BMW from Moses over the internet. It is a bit daunting to carry on an expensive transaction without personal contact, and without the ability to inspect the vehicle and I h internet. In the end I was extraordinarily pleased. The BMW arrived and was absolutely pristine. A 2008, everyone who has seen it immediately assumes it is new, and is floored when I explain it actually is a 2008. Moses kept me informed every step of the way, with multiple staff members checking to see the transaction was proceeding to my satisfaction. And we agreed on a very, very fair price. When you are wire transferring a large sum to someone you have never ever dealt with in the past, there is no reason not to have some degree of anxiety, but believe me, I am extremely pleased with the outcome. And I am extremely pleased with my 335XI, which is a magnificent automobile, in impeccable mechanical and cosmetic order-wish I was as well! While it is unlikely that I, living on the western slope of the Rockies, will be taking my BMW to Moses in West Virginia for routine service, I can say that if the service departments are like the folk I dealt with, then they probably rock!
