I went to Moses the next morning to see if they could diagnose the problem. The service department was booked for the day. Out of 3 technicians, one was able to fit me in. They were able to fix my car and I was on my way within the same morning. I can say that the first technician that i spoke with was not very helpful but I would still recommend their service department based on my experience. More
Fast, effiecient, trustworthy I'm a new to the Buick brand and have only used Moses downtown a couple of times so far but the service is fast, friendly, efficient. I will keep coming back, do not plan on ever using anyone else. My Buick is 9 yrs old but I love her dearly and they treat me and her as if she was new. :) More

Bait and Switch I received two different letters in the mail from Chevrolet informing me that if I had experienced either of the problems to report it to a dealer. I received two different letters in the mail from Chevrolet informing me that if I had experienced either of the problems to report it to a dealer. I made an appointment online a week away early in the morning to have work done on my car for excessive oil usage. I did not experience power loss from a fuel sensor. I was informed I could use the shuttle service once I arrived and that the job should not take more then a day. I arrived at my appointment first in line and was informed that I had to prove excessive oil consumption by a test? This was the first time I had heard of this and even in the call made to me to confirm my appointment it was not brought up. I allowed the "test" to be performed. Then I was asked if I wanted a shuttle ride home while they only changed the oil. I declined the offer and opted to wait. Then 45 minutes later I was informed my car was done and I could come up to the front to pick it up. On the way there I was asked to see a lady in a side room where I was charged almost 70$ for an oil change. This was the definition for a bait and switch. I have filed a complaint with the better business burrow and consumer affairs. Definitely shady business practices. More

Consistency and attentiveness. Never had a bad experience, and I've owned several Buicks. When Century got boring, checked out. Now I have a Regal; it's great. Service Department Great ! Always an excellent experience.....Courteous employees, very nice waiting area. Never feel as though I'm being pressured to spend, , or being taken advantage of..... I am always treated well here, even with an 11 year old car showing signs of wear ! I happily make the 60 mile one way drive , not wanting to trust my Monte Carlo to anyone else! More

I guess because I’m female and a sucker… I would fall for it. In May 2016, I took the vehicle in because of noise in the front end. They said I had four bent rims. I took it to their Southridge location for a 2nd opinion and the guy there said “no the rims aren’t bent”. A year later… just last week, I took it in … again for the front end noise that has never gone away… as well as an AC and computer problem (I’ve had the car less than a year and it’s been in the shop 4 times and still having problems…but that’s a different complaint)…. and the same tech said that the brakes and rotors on the back are “shot, they’re rusted and need replaced. So I took it to Appalachian Tire for a 2nd opinon…they said … no, the brakes and rotors are fine. So I’m definitely NEVER using Moses service department ever again…. And probably not buying another car from them either. More

Tim sold us a 2015 equinox we got a great deal (we had done a lot of research and compared prices in 250 mile radius) very Happy with the outcome. We added an extended warranty that was reasonably priced. One thing it covered was so many oil changes and one little thing I really like is I text Tim and he takes care of setting up service appointments for us as well as bringing the car back over to the dealership if we are unable to pick it up before the service dept closes. Great place and wonderful staff over all. More
