The Sales Guy Went Over and Above For Us Tim Joyce was the sales guy that Todd sat us down with while our car was being serviced. We were only inquiring about what it would take to trade in o Tim Joyce was the sales guy that Todd sat us down with while our car was being serviced. We were only inquiring about what it would take to trade in our Fusion to get into something bigger since our family had grown after our purchase of the Fusion. We were not expecting to have our credit ran. We certainly did not expect to sit and wait around for an approval of a vehicle for four hours. We ended up leaving without trading in the Fusion. Tim went to bat though to get us into an affordable vehicle. Ten days after we had the Fusion serviced and discussed the options of trading it in, we were back to take a look at the vehicle Tim found on the "affordable for us" list. We were happy with it and were able to drive home in a three year newer SUV. We have been loving it more and more the more we drive it!! THANKS!! More
great teamwork at this dealership we went to Zumbrota Ford to get an oil change for our 2012 Ford Fusion which we had bought there almost 4 years ago, and while we were waiting we were we went to Zumbrota Ford to get an oil change for our 2012 Ford Fusion which we had bought there almost 4 years ago, and while we were waiting we were approached by a couple different salesman asking how we were, etc., and then Tim asked if we would like to test drive this Fusion Titanium while we were waiting. Well, we loved the car, and we thought, what the heck, let's see what kind of deal we could work out. So Tim crunched some numbers for us and we were able to get financing, so we drove home in our new Fusion. We were treated with respect, everyone there was super friendly and nice. We have been customers there for several years and even tho it costs us more money when we go there (I mean like buying a car when we just needed an oil change!) we will go back there. Good people work there! Thanks to Tim Joyce for a pleasant experience!! And the finance lady, Kelly, was very sweet and helpful. More

At home, I followed all instructions online, downloaded required files, unzipped, and tried to install update on truck. Update started, then Black screen and nothing worked. Todd Fitzgibbons went way beyond normal help, found the problem with the update (flash drive issue & issue with unzipping files), fixed the problem and got me on my way. . Very Satisfied! More
Quick help in need I had a loose license plate while on the highway on a long trip and went up to the front desk to ask for a technician. She immediately brought me without question to the parts and service director of the dealership, and he handled my issue in a compassionate, polite manner while replacing the screws on my plate. He agreed to do so quickly before knowing I also had a Ford. I would highly recommend this dealership, and am so grateful for handling my potentially dangerous situation (if the plate became loose while on the highway) in a quick, nice, and professional manner.
