The people at East TN Nissan, went out of their way in helping pick out my Pathfinder. They stayed after hours just so I could make the drive up there. David was low-key, patient and very knowledgable about each of the vehicles we were interested in. The only glitch was the trade-in value. We had worked with Ted before at another dealership. He showed me my options, worked very hard to help with financing, and he knew the entire time what I really wanted and that I wouldn't settle.
