Bad service department Try to tell me I need brakes and battery had low voltage. It needed brake fluid and battery post cleaned. Good Deal I bought a brand new 2015 versa note on the Sunday before Labor Day. It was a closeout (a year old) and I was able to get 7500 in rebates. I didn't g I bought a brand new 2015 versa note on the Sunday before Labor Day. It was a closeout (a year old) and I was able to get 7500 in rebates. I didn't get to the dealership till 4:30 and was done by 6:30. Elizabeth was my salesperson. She was very nice and gave real opinions. Financing was quick and I was surprised by the approval with a lower interest then the pre approval I came with. Now the bad: the detail worker left so the car wasn't detailed and there was only one key. When I got home I looked under the hood and it looked like corrosion was around the battery and rust spots -again new car. I took it the service dept a week later and was pretty frustrated because I live 50 miles away. Anyway, quick fix, was just dirt buildup and they cleaned it up. The service desk worker ordered my extra key and it arrived fed ex with a nice note from Elizabeth. Overall I'm extremely satisfied, I should have looked under the hood before I signed and I don't expect the detail people to miss there clock out time because my sale is running past closing time when I'm the one that came shortly before closing. I was pretty irritated when I came back a week later because the dirt under the hood and I'm sure it showed but staff acted pleasant and professional as expected. Did I mention $7500 rebate!!! More

Go Somewhere else Worst experience EVER. We purchased a vehicle on April 1,2016. It had to go to service on that Monday. When I called nobody would return my calls or e Worst experience EVER. We purchased a vehicle on April 1,2016. It had to go to service on that Monday. When I called nobody would return my calls or emails to tell me the status or what was going on with the service. Finally Shawn Huff answered and said he would take care of everything and gave me his Cell number. When I returned the loaner vehicle, not one single person greeted me, instead the salesperson (Stephen Hayes) met me at the door and said come with me. I was treated like a criminal. Not to mention the service work was not performed. The only person who has treated me like a human is the Internet Manager David Harris whom I have only talked to on the phone never in person. It has been over a month and my paper tag has expired. I called to see where my tag is to find out the vehicle is still registered. In the previous owners name. So I called the dealership and wouldn't you know it nobody is available to speak with me and Shawn Huff doesn't answer or return calls. So here I a with an expired Tag and can't fix it. So I called David Harris because receptionist said she would request a tag but manager probably wouldn't approve it. David says he will send me a tag there was a problem with the payoff of the vehicle and it should be taken care in a few days. So that tells me they sold a vehicle that shouldn't have been sold. Buying a car is supposed to be fun and easy. Hahahaha. Maybe somewhere else. Too bad I had to even give them one star More

Fenton offered me 6500 for my trade in on a 2015 versa 9 months ago and I paid 13000 for with 13000 miles on it. Plus my interest was 22percent.which I expected with my credit.Needless to say Fenton lost a customer and the sale. Went to morristown to east Nissan and they gave me 9500 for my car and 12.9 interest on a Nissan altima SL fully loaded .great job. Any one consider going to Fenton I advise u go thru east Tennessee Nissan in morristown first. Especially if credit isn't great. They will do what they can for lower interest rate and get your payments were u need them. More
