Extremely ! Disappointed ! Use to be an honest location. I called ahead told them I went through COVID and No income for few weeks. Told them clearly. When I get there 45 minutes away that they have to charge me $145.00 for Diagnostic.i could not fix my car. I told them they should have told me on the phone. I was extremely clea. DISAPPOINTED!!!! Just bought a 2019 Nissan Maxima SL from Morristown Chevrolet! Best, easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a car! I had been looking for a while for a new car. We spoke with the sales manager, Mike a Chevrolet! Best, easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a car! I had been looking for a while for a new car. We spoke with the sales manager, Mike about my wants and price, in 3 days he found my dream car, in my price range, with ever bell n whistle you could want!! Even had it delivered to our door!! Excellent service, fair trade, I wouldn’t go anywhere else after this experience! Highly recommend Morristown Chevrolet! More
I'll admit I'm not from this area, I'm from Asheville NC and most dealers here have always been respectable and reasonable when it comes to car buying. It seem the dealers at Morristown do things differentl and most dealers here have always been respectable and reasonable when it comes to car buying. It seem the dealers at Morristown do things differently. I found a very rare Lincoln Mark Viii for sale with them and I immediately called to set up an appointment with Dustin Santos. I let him know I'd buy the car as soon as I could get there. I made an appointment for the following day at 1030am to buy the car. He assured me he would have everything ready for me when I got there. Morristown is roughly two hours away from me, so the day of our appointment I was already an hour of the way there. I called as soon as they opened just to double check and to my surprise they sold the car the evening before. Dustin did not honor our agreement or even call me to let me know it had been sold. He let me drive a hour down the road and I had to call myself before I found out the car had been sold out from under me. When I asked what Dustin had to say for himself his response was "If another one shows up I'll keep you in mind." Within 10 min the manager called me and tried to sell me another car. What makes you think I'd want another car, when I set an appointment for a very specific and rare car? How out of touch can a company be. Horrible way to do business. More

No help I bought my used chevy truck around the first of December and when I completed the paperwork, the finance guy was extremely pushy for me to buy a warr I bought my used chevy truck around the first of December and when I completed the paperwork, the finance guy was extremely pushy for me to buy a warranty that would add a lot of expense to the price of the truck and also tried pushing gap insurance which would add even more expense. I didn't purchase either one. It's easy to spend someone else's money, and a lot of reputable dealerships give you a 30 warreny on used cars. Needless to say, the finance guy made me feel very uneasy. After only 4 days, I noticed a problem with the engine and when I took it back the next Saturday the service department wanted to charge me to see what was wrong with it. So the following week, I took it to Broadway service center in Jefferson City where Jerry told me the engine needed to be replaced. I asked Morristown Chevrolet if they could help with only half of the expense, then I got a call from Joe who told me because I didn't buy a warranty and I didn't let them fix it, they weren't going to help with the expense. After buying a truck with a bad engine, I didn't trust them to fix my truck. They should stand behind their vehicles and treat customers better. Joe you did lose a lot of business because of this. Other shopers beware. More
