If you are looking to buy a car steer clear of Morristown Chevy, they will promise you approval. After a month I was told to bring my car back because the loan was denied, and they would give me the 3 grand Chevy, they will promise you approval. After a month I was told to bring my car back because the loan was denied, and they would give me the 3 grand back I put down. Upon arrival they decided to tell me it would be up to 5-7 businesses days before my check came. Now I’m stuck without a car until they decide to call me with my check. More

Then after going through all the paperwork they discovered they made a mistake and would have to mail me all the paperwork to be signed again. They owed me floor mats for my car, I had to keep calling to get them sent. Took over 2 weeks. Just kept getting the run-around. Then they screwed up my tag paperwork and had to take a half day off work to get sort the mess out and then had to pay an add'l $278 to get my tag. When I called Morristown about it; Oh, we just didn't collect enough money, sorry. They don't have their stuff together and make many costly mistakes that the customer must absorb. Horrible team there. More
I will never buy another car from this dealer Morristown Chevrolet , very misleading and very bad Management. Bought a new Malibu . dealer called after one day and said must be returned. The dealer said Chevrolet , very misleading and very bad Management. Bought a new Malibu . dealer called after one day and said must be returned. The dealer said he could not sell us this car because it was already titled to some one in Florida???? My wife was in tears because this was her first brand new car and she was very disappointed. Hope General Motors sees this review. More

THEY DIDNT PUT OIL IN MY CAR AND THEY ARENT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY I bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata here on November 3rd, 2021. On November 23rd around 9pm ish, the car (which had never thrown any codes or had any lights come on whatsoever) threw up a message that said there was an error with my engine control system. The engine shut off in the middle of the road while I was driving it. I have PTSD and an already stressful situation of being totally powerless in a very busy road in the dead center of Pigeon Forge, I had a panic attack. Thank God I wasn’t alone in the car. My boyfriend (who just had his appendix out) and some nice people who pulled over helped us push the car into a nearby parking lot. It wouldn’t start at all. I worked with all types of vehicles in the military, and my boyfriend (who is 100% disabled Army Combat Vet) worked with Diesel engines. So we started looking at it and it didn’t take long to see there was no oil in the engine! We called the dealership and they said to pour oil in it and try to drive it to them. So we bought an oil that would work for a bit and tried. It was totally messed up. The engine was destroyed. We had to wait with the car, which was in a private lot that we had to pull into, until noon the next day. I called the dealership at 9 AM as soon as they opened. They said they would send a tow truck and understood that we were waiting with the vehicle. We waited for as long as we possibly could but it being the day before Thanksgiving I needed to get a rental as fast as I could so I at least had some thing to drive. We went to the dealership, the tow truck didn’t even get there until an hour after we did. We got there at about 4 o’clock. The dealership covered the cost of the rental but refused to get insurance that would cover me in an accident. Then they said that it said it was too late for anyone to look at it and I would have to wait until Friday morning for them to diagnose the car. Despite the fact that I had called at nine that morning and told them that I was cooking Thanksgiving dinner and needed to be home. Throughout the entire process they never took responsibility for not putting oil in it. Then and Friday when I called to figure out what the diagnosis was, Josh their service manager who had spent so much time telling me to take his word, told me that there was no proof that the dealership was responsible because there was oil in the car now. They have continue to give me the runaround, along with the fact that none of them were talking to me despite the fact that I am the only one on the loan, they were only talking to my boyfriend and wouldn’t even answer me when I looked at them. I had to raise my voice and puff out my chest for them to even pay attention to me. I had to demand that they speak to me and not to him in order for them to talk directly to me. Throughout the whole process they were very rude and annoyed with me for wanting an explanation for things they continue to dance around and not give me any straight answers until yesterday when they told me that there’s no proof that the dealership is responsible for anything. They refused to let me out of my loan, get me a new vehicle, or explain what would happen during the process to me. Now they are trying to get my warranty coverage to pay for it when it was their fault. They won’t pick up the phone to answer my questions unless I call six or seven times and demand to speak directly to someone instead of being transferred to voicemail box that are always full. I’m scared I’ve been trying to repair my credit since I was in the military, and this was supposed to be my first step in that direction with a new loan after paying things off. I’m terrified that this is going to hit my credit, and no one bothers to console you or even explain what’s going on. Please don’t go here. More
On July 28th I bought a used Chevy camaro 2017, because it was in Morristown and I live in Knoxville, they offer to deliver it to me, and they said all their cars go through a 100 safety check point, which it was in Morristown and I live in Knoxville, they offer to deliver it to me, and they said all their cars go through a 100 safety check point, which is great, next day I got the car, while driving it I’ve noticed it shakes a lot, and one of the back tire couldn’t hold air in it. I called the dealer and talked to Spencer, and while trying to explain to him how the car is shaking, his reply back was it looks like you never drive a sports car before and they all shakes, seriously seriously, I took the car the next day to them and after inspecting the car, they said I’m correct and the tires need to be replaced, they didn’t even let me drive the car back for safety reason, and I told them that the CarPlay isn’t working too , so first question what kind of 100 safety check points was done on this car. So they order the tires and said it will be done on Monday and today is Saturday, they gave me a loaner for now, I called Monday to check what time do I pick it up, they said only two tires came in and didn’t get the rest of the tires yet, and they will check the CarPlay. The car wasn’t done till one week later, and CarPlay not fixed, they said they need to order a new radio for me, 5 days later the radio was delivered and I took the car there, it took them 3 hours to replace it and that was yesterday ,and I asked them to please check the muffler it feels like it’s hitting the bottom of the car when I drive it. when done they said sorry it still not working and take the car now we will call you in few days when we have a loaner for you and we will keep the car for few days to work on it, how about the muffler, he said we didn’t have time to look at it. Seriously seriously, you sold me the car with advertising that it has CarPlay and it works, so now I’m stuck with a car that doesn’t have a working CarPlay . This morning I took my car to a local repair shop, and told them about the muffler, they lifted up the car and look at the muffler, and they see it wasn’t in its place so they fixed it for me, you no longer feel the hitting muffler . But now I’m still stuck with a car radio with no navigation system. More
