Then after going through all the paperwork they discovered they made a mistake and would have to mail me all the paperwork to be signed again. They owed me floor mats for my car, I had to keep calling to get them sent. Took over 2 weeks. Just kept getting the run-around. Then they screwed up my tag paperwork and had to take a half day off work to get sort the mess out and then had to pay an add'l $278 to get my tag. When I called Morristown about it; Oh, we just didn't collect enough money, sorry. They don't have their stuff together and make many costly mistakes that the customer must absorb.
