First, Zeck Ford seems commited to customer service!!! Great dealership with great people. We drove 3 hours to get our 2011 Ford Flex Titanium, it was worth the drive. I spoke to Jace Grabouski on a Tues and inquired about the car, they still had it. Told him about the troubles we've encountered with 2 other dealers and was very sympathetic toward our situation. After our initial call, Jace asked all the right questions and we submitted our financial information to him. After a couple of days, he got back to me and we had everything worked out. The cool thing about Zeck Ford is the no haggle pricing, it's lower than blue book and really is a great deal!!! After the process of financing, I told him we had a trade. Gave him the payoff and they gave a little more than that for my Jeep, sight unseen. Through this whole process Jace was calling me any chance he could to make sure we were coming up to see him. On Saturday, a few days after our first talk, we drove up to get the car. I was prepared to be there for at least 3-4 hours, like most car dealerships, and leave frustrated and without the the car. You know how painful buying a vehicle is, it can be a terrible experience. We get there, Jace has all the paperwork done, ready to be signed, Car detailed and looking great. The whole process took about an hour or so!!! Got us in and got us out, NO HASSLES!!! Did exactly what he said he would do. Hell, we got there and upon our arrival Jace told us he had some bad news about the car and showed us a small door ding in the driver side door that happened on the lot. He went so far as to get that removed and paid for by them at a shop of our choosing in the Wichita area. An honest dealership! No Way!!! We get home and love the car, can't say enough about these guys. A couple days go by, they call to make sure everything is to our liking and we receive a package. Thinking it was stuff I might have left in the Jeep, i was impressed with that, I opened the box, and they sent us a thank you note with a batch of the best damn brownies I've ever eaten!!! If you need to buy a car and you're not afraid to drive a few hours, these guys are worth the drive!!! Seriously great people and one hell of a dealership. They went above and beyond to make us happy and they accomplished that!!! Ten Fold!!! When we are in the market for a new car, we are going back without hesitation!!! You should to. More

I was greeted with a smiling face at the door and immediately helped by a sales associate. He took the not so detailed ideas I had in mind, and turned it into real OPTIONS for a new vehicle. Jeffery was not a high pressure salesman and was very affluent. He was honest and knew what he was doing and did it well. Nick Nava was a great help to us in showing us inventory! He was laid back, funny, knowledgeable and just overall a wonderful salesman!! I went to buy a used car for my son. Nick Dominguez showed me a very suitable Ford Taurus. I asked him if he could hold the car for 20 minutes while I went home to get my son. He emphatically said their policy is to never hold a car -- not even for a few minutes. I said I would return in 20 minutes with my son to take a test drive. Meanwhile Nick had to go get a tag for the car and move other cars to get it ready for a drive. I returned with my wife and son and we test drove the car for a few minutes. I agreed to buy it immediately after the test drive. In the dealership, I wrote a check for the car and gave it to them. Then, we waited for about 25 minutes with no contact from our salesman or anyone else. Finally, Rodney Davis, the General Sales Manager, appeared and said another couple had agreed to buy the car a couple of days ago. We were told that they finally found financing and were "on their way" to buy it. I complained loudly that they told me their policy was to never hold a car. On my way out of the dealership, I saw another couple driving away in the car I had written a check for. Obviously, I had been given wrong information again -- the couple obviously finished their paperwork while I was made to sit for 25 minutes wondering what was going on. After I returned home, I was offered about $500 off on a car that cost substantially more. I explained that I would never return to that dealership without a tremendous deal to make up for the shabby way we were treated. Nick says Rodney will take care of us. I am waiting. More
