Was advised by sales that it was in great shape and had been serviced, and needed nothing.... Drove it straight home and parked it for 30 days until my wife’s lease was up on Feb 3rd. After the lease was turned in, my wife started driving the vehicle only to find the wiper arm was broken? So I took it in and was told the front pinion seal was leaking. I had them both replaced, only to have the oil change required message come on the cluster. I call and spoke with Frank White (used car manager) who flat out lied to me and told me it had been serviced. I asked for a copy of the inspection and service and reluctantly agreed to email it to me. Well I got it finally 3 days later all to find out exactly what I thought. The repair order has “No work performed” as the correction to the used car inspection, the oil change and the detail. This dealership is a joke, it will scam you and lie to you, then the General Manager Adam Morris whom I assume is probably part of the family won’t call you back. My next step is filing a complaint with the BBB and to make sure anybody who plans to buy a used car from them knows they are liars. More
Horrible When I called and gave them a stock number, Jeff Firestone did not physically check for the car, but called me back to see if I was a Costco member. L When I called and gave them a stock number, Jeff Firestone did not physically check for the car, but called me back to see if I was a Costco member. Left a message at my house, but had my cell phone number. When I called back he said the car had been sold, 7 hours later.... He did not ever try to help me find another car to purchase. I would never go there again for anything. Communication is horrible, not friendly and eager to help find the right car for me. Glad I bought a new Arcadia somewhere else More

Both of my experiences were very pleasant and never any pressue or pushy selling tactics to get me to buy. Both times I dealt with the same salesman. Mark Nugent is a real pleasure to deal with and looks out for his customers and treats them with great respect and excellent customer service. Mark makes the whole sales experience run smooth from beginning to end. I will definitely be going back to Mark in the future. More

Both my mother and grandmother recently bought 2 brand new cars from morris in north olmsted. One was a cash sale an the other finances. When I contacted them to discuss trading in the 2013 Cadillac ATS t new cars from morris in north olmsted. One was a cash sale an the other finances. When I contacted them to discuss trading in the 2013 Cadillac ATS that is only 6 months old for a 2014 ATS lease I was told they could get me the numbers same day. The next day I called again and spoke with Ken Wagner and he told me they were working on it. When I asked or a estimated time he replied " when he hands them to me." He then continued the conversation by telling me that the 2013 ATS was worth 12k less now. I explained to him that I that I thought his number was low but it was ok because I had a buyer. When I continued the conversation I asked about the lease numbers and his reply was what were we going to do about the negative equity. I am not sure what that has to do with anything unless the lease numbers are different for folks with multiple vehicles. I explained to Ken that his attitude was conducive to someone who makes a living selling cars and that we would take out business somewhere else. He then hung up on me. He then proceeded to call my mother and tell her that if I had a problem with him I should stop by the dealership in person. And that he doesn't do business with punk kids. Ken was surprised to find that I am in my thirties and a United States Marine. As well as owner of multiple companies. Ken changed his tune immediately when my mother, god bless her told him that she would relay the message to me and she was sure I would have no problem stopping up at the dealership. I am currently waiting for a call back from the owner and will update after a face to face conversation with Ken Wagner. Overall rating is horrible. More
