Oil change nightmare After my oil change, my daughter used the car. 10 minutes later she called and told me that car was smoking and oil was spilling out everywhere. The After my oil change, my daughter used the car. 10 minutes later she called and told me that car was smoking and oil was spilling out everywhere. The oil spilled all over her friends driveway. We later discovered that the mechanic did not tighten the oil filter. Two positives. 1. I called Morris and they sent someone out to tighten the oil filter. 2. My daughter is a new driver and we are blessed that she was not on the freeway or a main road when incident occurred. More

Everything we agreed on was honored and no surprises. Finance was quick and we were out in our new vehicle quickly. Being quick and no hassle meant a lot since we had our 19mo old with us.
