That was posted before the rest of the day unfolded. So it was more then it just taking longer then normal. Here is how the rest of the transaction has been. Plus after all of this the next day the hub cap is missing and I have to pay and the back light is out not even 24 hours later! Then to top it off when the owner of the dealership saw this post after staying in the dealership for over four hours and my bank calling them and wiring them all the funds. The owner threatened me and said if I don’t delete this post he will not sell me the vehicle. What type of business is this!!! Unbelievable DO NOT GO HERE! Adam Morris you are a jerk and very unprofessional. I am stating facts and there is a thing called first amendment rights aka Freedom of speech!!! Even had to call the local police who showed up and said it was a civil matter and there is nothing they could do. I asked for the deal to be canceled and my money back or I was not leaving. Either the truck or my money and magically five minutes later the money was in their account and I was on my way over seven hours later. NEVER AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! The most unprofessional experience ever and they don’t care about satisfying a customer at all. They run it like they are a mob!! Threats, black male, holding someone hostage, lies and crap!!! The next day a hub cap came off and they said I had to pay for the replacement this is crazy!

Clearly you do not care about customers at all I drove the car home and the next day to work. When I pulled in to my drive way something smelled like it was burning I looked around the car didn’t see anything and thought nothing of it. I came back to town a day ago and ran error I will in today and the back driver side tire was smoking and smelled like it was burning again. The dealership said they put new brake, tires and rotors on the truck. Clearly they didn’t do it right now the car is unsafe and they don’t want to do anything about it. The cap coming off they were the last to put it on so I should not have to pay cause they didn’t put it back on correct. The brake issue I should have to pay for either because they put them on and messed it up. They don’t want to honor there work and my life is at risk because the brakes could lock up and I can’t stop the truck and all they can say is oh well it’s not covered!! You did it and now it’s not covered smh
