Dealer and service are very good, explained a lot of the vehicles U connect problems. Very sad that Ram has been working on the U connect software since 2017 and still no permanent software fix. Try driving in Florida with panel out and 137degree air coming out of heater because control panel/screen was dead. Brand new 2020 with 4500miles. Dealer got it working after 2 tries/appointment. Could not tell me how long the reboot would last. Ram supposed to come out with fix in first quarter of 2020(maybe). Two more times and I will put in for Wisconsin Lemon Law More

Oil Change Took two hours for a oil change when they told me 30 minutes. Did not reset oil change setting even thou it said it was done on the check off sheet.
