Somewhat friendly and answered my questions. I asked for a new key chain for my new Telluride since the leather one it came on fell apart. They couldn’t find one. I mentioned that some of the holes in my seat where the cooling comes out, had filled up because I had accidentally sat on some blueberries. I asked if it could be sucked out or if it was covered under warranty. The front desk never looked at it but just said they weren’t sure how to clean it and said, “maybe just take it to a detailer” . I guess I thought they would’ve expressed more interest. Friendly and smiled though. More

They did a good job but should not have made another appointment in January without consulting me about my schedule first.
