In this purchase we were told this 2015 Ford F150 was in great condition and had to do minimal work on this coming in. They showed us paper work showing many things they supposedly checked out which made us great condition and had to do minimal work on this coming in. The weather was bad and truck sat for a couple days with heavy snow and when it finally cleared we drove truck to town and was only able to get to about 25 mph and it chugged and ran worth crap had it checked out and was told it was timing chain. Called dealership and got one of the salesmen who got sparky by saying "did you buy the extended warranty" really we haven't even gotten 10 miles on this?? Got higher up and fought this and the truck spend the biggest share of the 1st month at Morries backup camera issues which I had to pay 200 deductible which I still don't understand. We have had to put in new coils and plugs to improve the running and have been told it needs balls joints. NOW IF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE THE WHEEL ALIGJMENT AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE KNOW THIS THEY TELL ME THEY WONT STAND BEHIND THAT EITHER. SO WHEN I HAVE TO DO THIS TO I WILL ALSO HAVE TO REDO THE ALIGNMENT. Will NEVER EVER TRUST THIS DEALSHIP AGAIN!! HAVE DONE BUSINESS HERE FOR YEARS WHEN IT WAS BRENIGANS. NOT THE SAME ANY LONGER!! WILL NO LONGER RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS OR ENEMIES. More
