Excellent service department and attentive sales staff Brought in a failing old Subaru and was looking for a replacement. Service Advisor - Derrik - was amazing in explaining issues with my old car so a n Brought in a failing old Subaru and was looking for a replacement. Service Advisor - Derrik - was amazing in explaining issues with my old car so a novice could understand. He even looked into getting used parts to keep the repair costs lower. Ended up fixing the old car and trading our other non-Subaru household vehicle in for a new Crosstrek.
