Best Customer Service Ever This is my second vehicle purchased from a Morrie's dealership. Both transactions were amazing. Simple, friendly and absolutely no pressure. Hani Rashid was our salesman and he zeroed in on exactly what we needed. We were looking for a good used car to be an "additional" vehicle with a new driver in the family. We had a few cars in mind but when I said I was just looking for the best value, he had a recent trade in mind and showed us a meticulously cared for 2011 Subaru Forester. The car was priced right and he let my wife and I take our time with the decision. We bought the car, but that is not where the story ends. I took the car on a short road trip and it was parked outside during two days of steady rain. Upon getting in the car to go home, the headliner was soaked and it appeared the moon roof was leaking. I took the car back and they could not duplicate the problem. They did not give up. They removed the headliner and patiently ran water until a small leak was identified. They applied a repair and leak checked with no more leaks. I had only owned the car a week but fully expected to be responsible for the repair. This was done at NO cost to me. Zero, zip, nada. They had multiple technicians working on this problem for hours. Unbelievable. When I need a vehicle, Morrie's will be the first and last place I look. It is an absolute pleasure dealing with them and they certainly put the customer first. I give them my highest recommendation. And by the way, the car is sweet. My daughter thinks I'm a genius, thanks to Hani and the whole Morrie's family! Sincerely, Jon Glenna More

I wasn't given my blue "Buy Happy" card at the time of pickup, I had to ask around later and come pick it up. When I tried to call about it, I was told (by an answering service) that employees at the site couldn't hear the phones due to an event at the site that night. Seriously??? When I did pick up my Buy Happy card, no one there seemed to know about what to do about it: I expected that someone would have put it out with a note that the buyer was going to pick it up. Oh well, I would still shop and buy at Morries Minnetonka Subaru again. More
Expensive but efficient I came to Morries because I needed a car for my son quickly, but knew I would have to pay too much for a used car. I am also currently in the market for a vehicle for myself, but as I have less of a time crush, I will not be paying the higher prices Morries puts on their vehicles. I hope the car we just bought lasts for a while or I will be done shopping at Morries when Im in a pinch. Thank you for an efficient shopping experience, but I realize I pay through the nose for these old cars. Alyssa was a pleasure to deal with. More
