Today, I had scheduled an oil change at Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka. I worked with Jeff immediately upon arrival and he was kind and helpful right off the bat. When I went back outside to my mother's car (she was waiting to go shopping with me so I could kill some time), her car had died in the parking lot. We didn't know what to do so we went back inside and told Jeff what happened. Immediately, he grabbed jumpers and went outside to check it out without question. He was very kind and discovered that the battery cable had come disconnected. He showed us how to fix it safely incase it happened again and said it was no trouble to help us. When we got back after the oil change, he explained everything about my car check up to me and also washed my vehicle. He explained my points I earned and how I can use them. I have worked with a few Tech's at the dealership, and they're all great, but I appreciate Jeff's customer service. I appreciate his kindness and honesty everytime I go to the dealership. I could easily get my oil changed elsewhere but I continue to go to the dealership due to the friendly service at Morrie's. More
Ever since purchasing my 2010 Mazda 3 I have brought it to this dealership for usual maintenance. Jim has helped me out while being curteous and explainig the details of work completed (unless it was routi to this dealership for usual maintenance. I recently had warranty service performed on my vehicle. When I called to make the appointment and explained the issues, because of the year of my vehicle they didn't believe it was leaking oil, after takin When I called to make the appointment and explained the issues, because of the year of my vehicle they didn't believe it was leaking oil, after taking my car in to be serviced they stated it was indeed leaking oil, they fixed it as I had purchased an extended warranty and it would be covered. I picked up my car a few days later and within a week, I was back at the dealer as it was still leaking oil....i now have taken my car back to Morries to be serviced 4 times regarding the same issue, it is leaking engine oil....finally now they state they have completely fixed the leaks however I am doubtful. They are rude and not sensitive to how huge a deal it is when you have car that is 2 years old, still making huge car payments and it is in the shop for a week at a time, 4 weeks out of the last 8. I would absolutely not recommend servicing your mazda at Morries. Unfortunately i would go as far as not recommending buying a car from Morries. More
They continue to disappoint us ........ we bought 2 cars from them a year ago, bought the buy happy program, service after the sale is AWFUL. They are so rude to my son, he took his car in for his oil chan from them a year ago, bought the buy happy program, service after the sale is AWFUL. They are so rude to my son, he took his car in for his oil change and they told him this was his last free one b/c he's not bringing his car in for regular check-ups. Well he is in college out of state so is only home during the summers. My son keeps his car immaculate, Morrie's spilled washer fluid over the entire engine, ran it through the car wash without drying ..... THEY DON'T TAKE ANY PRIDE IN THEIR WORK whatsoever. Total crap job! DO NOT GO HERE! More
My wife and I have purchased 4 cars from Morries. My dad has purchased two and my little sister as well. We always receive great customer service and more importantly whenever I had a problem with the car has purchased two and my little sister as well. They have saved me, time, stress and money and I will always think of them when I think of purchasing a vehicle. I have since moved out of Minnesota and stil plan on going back to Morries to make my next purchase. More
i was in the area of morries mazda and my car started to act up so i stopped at the dealership and talked to mr. cruz. i expained my cars situation with jim and he said they could look at the car right away act up so i stopped at the dealership and talked to mr. cruz. i expained my cars situation with jim and he said they could look at the car right away.i was shocked that he got my car inright away even without an appt. a little later he came and explaind the cars problem to me with the cost of the repair.in my opinion mr. cuz is the best service advisor/manager in the business he takes his time to explains what is needed to repair the car and the cost.(its like he was the tech working on my car he cuold answer all my questions)i will highly reccomend mr.cruz to all my friends. thanks for a job well done. I've bought cars with Morrie's since 1990, I have had great salespeople to work with, most recently, Jesse. Jason and Jean in service are always good to me. What more can I say... They did a good job and were good at answering questions I had about my car. I thought they were nice and they got me in right away too. i have not had any problems since they fixed my car. I went to buy tires, the service person who helped me was very informative, and explained the different types of tires, he had them put on & balanced. My nest trip was to have adoor looked at and oil chan very informative, and explained the different types of tires, he had them put on & balanced. Again very courteous, respectful and took care of my service. More
I had researched vehicle options and knew I wanted to purchase a CX-9 as our family's next car. We live in Prior Lake and have a Mazda dealer that is closer but I knew Jim Cruz had joined Morrie's Mazda purchase a CX-9 as our family's next car. We live in Prior Lake and have a Mazda dealer that is closer but I knew Jim Cruz had joined Morrie's Mazda; he had provided excellent service and support on previous cars I had so it was worth a longer drive. Anne Brick provided great information during the sales process and made sure I was familiar with all the features in the car before I drove off the lot (not an easy task since the CX-9 is loaded)and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Morrie's service departmnet has done all the maintenance and warranty work that I've needed in the 2 1/2 years I've had the car. I particularly like working with Jim because I know I can ask about anything -however seemingly small - and he will take it seriously and let me know my options. (In other places I've been, I've been made to feel silly for asking questions). Recently, I put the wrong stuff in my windshield wiper tank and was afraid it would damage my tank. Jim patiently explained (to a non-mechanical type) how to siphon it out myself. It's nice to work with someone Like Jim who knows what they are talking about but doesn't act like a Know-it-All. More
