I have been going to Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda for 19 years & would never think of going anywhere else. Even when my vehicle is no longer under warranty I still go there for routine maintenance due years & would never think of going anywhere else. Even when my vehicle is no longer under warranty I still go there for routine maintenance due to their exceptional Service Department. Estimates given prior to service are always on the money & the wait time is always accurate. On occasion I have suggested that I needed a certain service, but was told by the Service Team that it was not necessary. On one occasion, I swore I needed shocks, but I was actually brought into the Service Bay & was shown that I didn’t need them, so I truly trust them. Their Service Department is very friendly, very knowledgeable & most of all honest! I usually deal with Jim Cruz, who is exceptional, but I have also dealt with Jean & Jason, who are also exceptional. Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda has always been a pleasant experience for me & like I said, I would never think of going anywhere else. I highly recommend Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda to everyone! More
I bought a 2012 Speed3 from Morrie's Mazda in May of 2012, despite living 1.5 hours away from the dealer (they are my closest Mazda dealer). I have no major complaints about the buying process. Immediately after buying I noticed some minor but very annoying problems with the car. I wrote them all down, set up a service appointment, booked a hotel room, and took a day off of work to get the repairs done. I carefully explained the problems and situation to multiple service employees prior to making the trip. Long story short, they didn't fix even one of the issues I had. Not only did I waste a ton of time, money, and frustration, my brand new car still shoots gasoline out of the fill port all over the side evey time I fill up. My salesman, Justin, had the nerve to tell me that gasoline spilling all over my car isn't a problem, and that I could just continue wrapping the nozzle with paper towels. I made several calls to a manager who never returned them. I tried going through Mazda, which was no help. Honestly, after what happened I can't imagine ever setting foot inside that dealer again, even though the remaining problems that need fixing instill an animal rage within me. They ruined the entire new car experience for me. After they had my money, they had absolutley no interest taking care of me or my car, even though it was and still is under warranty. Please save yourself the frustrations I had. More
You can not ask for a more warm and professional experience ,than that which you get from "Morries Mazda " service department ! I have been the benefactor of their work now for ,going on " 5 " yea experience ,than that which you get from "Morries Mazda " service department ! I have been the benefactor of their work now for ,going on " 5 " years ! And I can state with great pride , that no one goes out of their way more to meet the needs of it's customers ! To address their concerns ! And to make what is surely an " unpleasant " experience , a more positive and pleasant outcome ! Jason , goes above and beyond , and if he and the others are any indication of the employee's Morrie's Mazda puts " face to face " with it 's customers ! They have a winning formula ! My husband and I have owned or leased 10 Mazdas; the newest from Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda. We are very happy with our vehicles because they are reliable, fun cars to drive. Neither of us trusted bringing our cars in for service until I met Jim Cruz at Morrie's several years ago. He takes time to explain the service that needs to be done and why. Jim is always friendly and professional. He is respectful and patient in dealing with my lack of knowledge. I trust Jim and Morrie's to treat us fairly and honestly. Based on my experience with the service department at Morrie's, I would and do recommend this dealership. More
This was our first service experience at Morrie's Mazda. Dianne Burnham, our sales person, responded to an email on her day off about the steps we should take. We first spoke with Jean in Service, who seemed to really care about getting the car in to be looked at. Jim met us inside; he was patient and asked a lot of questions to really understand what was going on. He asked Rich to go out on a test drive with us and it was very helpful to be in the car together, explaining and experiencing the vibration in real time . Both of these guys were very professional, while being friendly and personal. When I returned to pick up the car Jim explained what they had done and what they had found and I was pleased to see that what had been recorded on the service order was very detailed. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. After our very positive experience with Dianne and after this first service experience, we now will confidently recommend both the car we bought, the sales person, and the dealership to our friends and family. More
