He always makes sure everything is handled as agreed and keeps me informed during the service process. I recommend him to my family and friends. I bought my Mazda Protege at Morries Minnetonka Mazda back in 2002 (my first new car) and the service center and James (Jim) Cruz have been taking great care of my car and me ever since! I appreciate being able to leave my car there in the morning, getting a ride to work (often from a great lady named Jean), getting a call with an update later on, and then getting a ride back to work to pick it up. Jim always keeps me informed about any service needed, the time to completion, the approximate cost and what I need to know about the status of the vehicles they service for me. Morries Minnetonka Mazda service department always puts the customer first, I am greeted by name when I call or come in, I am made comfortable if I need to stay while the service is performed, I am never kept waiting unnecessarily. I always leave the service department knowing my vehicles are in good hands and I get the vehicles back and have no worries. I choose Morries Minnetonka Mazda as my service center because they are the the best; I don't care how far I would have to travel to get my cars serviced at Morries Minnetonka Mazda, it is worth the drive. I am happy to give Jim Cruz / Service Dept the best review ever. I believe I am qualified to give this review for I have been having my Mazda serviced with him since approx 2007. As far as I'm concer review ever. I believe I am qualified to give this review for I have been having my Mazda serviced with him since approx 2007. As far as I'm concerned Jim should get the service of the year reward. I purchased my used car from this dealership and I had issues with it. Jim worked through many issues with my car. Through the years he has maintained totally professional control, worked hard to resolve my issues to satisfaction. He had to work with less that perfect situations. I have even had my car towed to his dealership because he oversees and ensures that the job is done. So, again, my letter of recommendation to Jim and the service dept at Morrie's Mazda Minnetonka is not the result of one or two times of competent service, it's years of servicing my car. The reason I would consider buying another Mazda would be a direct result of Jim's excellent work ethic. Many thanks to Jim, I totally appreciate him and all he has done for me!
