Plus a major benefit is the loaner vehicles they offer if your car may need additional time, my next vehicle will absolutely be a mazda and I love this as a way to test drive other models for a couple days. I’ve been bringing my Mazda in for years and really appreciate how respectful, personable and professional Michael the service manager is; being a women my experiences getting my car serviced have been not been good and at times very sexist. Overpriced Service I have a brand new Mazda3 from this dealership. Service has been good, however be warned that they cannot simply rotate your tires complementary with I have a brand new Mazda3 from this dealership. Service has been good, however be warned that they cannot simply rotate your tires complementary with your free oil changes during the initial warranty period. They charge $50 for a tire rotation! Overpriced! You'd think after spending almost $30K on a vehicle they could at least rotate some tires twice a year, it's pretty easy to do! One way they Nickle and Dime you! More
