2015 Jeep Patriot My credit isn't great so I was told that I was approved for a 2015 Jeep Patriot. On the test drive, the tires were loud on the road. The salesman said it was because of the icey road. It ended up being a bad wheel bearing and tires. The front fog light was out and they charged me 65.00 to spray a lubricant in the left blinker because it stopped working 2.5 weeks after I got it. I feel like I was given this jeep because of my credit rating. It has been a disappointing experience. More

Very low on there value of our trade in. Our trade in value was listed at 27000.00 plus by Blue Book and also by NADA. The Best Brandl offered was 21000.00. We knew our value was a lot more then that and told the salesman but they could do (very little better) So we drove to another dealership and made a trade as they gave us book value of 27000.00. We traded for same Pacifica as we looked at at Brandle but we saved $6000.00 over Brandle price ! ! I sent copies of our trade to Brandle in hope that they may learn from the experience as we sure did ! More
