The people working in the service drive are always very helpful and try to get my work vehicle in for repairs as soon as possible. They seem to know how important it is to me to have my work vehicle repai helpful and try to get my work vehicle in for repairs as soon as possible. Beware!!!!!! I had the Oil Change Service Plan that they sell for *89.95 for 4 oil changes. Good Deal right? Well, I used my plan in full and was in need of an oil change. I brought it to a different shop. sell for *89.95 for 4 oil changes. Good Deal right? Well, I used my plan in full and was in need of an oil change. I brought it to a different shop. I also had brakes installed. When I picked up after service was complete, they informed me that my lower ball joints were out and that they did not recommend that I drive. They told me that it appears that the ball joints have not see grease in years and in fact one grease zert was broke off. At Brandl, they claim that along with the oil change they grease all fittings and top off fluids. Wow!! $500 repair because They lied about their service performed. I will never step foot on the Brandl property again. More
The worst business I've ever dealt with. They won't lift a finger to do anything for you. It's constantly like pulling teeth with these people, and in the end, you will just have wasted your time anyway. a finger to do anything for you. It's constantly like pulling teeth with these people, and in the end, you will just have wasted your time anyway. Horrible. Really. Don't believe their hype. Once they get your money - they will treat you like garbage. More
I purchased a 1998 Suburban from Brandl motors in January of 2012. My wife took the truck on a trip to Pine River 2 days after we bought it. With less than 100 miles on it from the time we purchased it the t of 2012. My wife took the truck on a trip to Pine River 2 days after we bought it. With less than 100 miles on it from the time we purchased it the truck began to misfire, and died on the side of the road. When I called my sales person Mike (no answer, I left a voicemail, no return call). I talked to the used car manager his statement was "you purchased the car as is, it's your responsiblity". A month after the purchase date Mike sent me an e-mail asking if I got the problem fixed and how things are going. Long story short, my wife was able to get the truck running, and limp it home. I was able to repair the problem. At Brandl when they say AS IS they mean it, I'm surprised they didn't say "So Long Sucker!" when I left. It would have been easy for these guys to look like hero's in this situation. Instead they came across as uncaring and unconcerned. It was a good learning experience for me. The only satisfaction I can get is that when friends and family ask me about my Suburban I can tell them how I feel I was treated by Brandl, and with the magic of Facebook I don't have to wait for them to ask:) More
