Set me up with exactly what I needed it, and the turnaround was bar none. I came in on a Thursday, test drove the car until Friday evening and had new keys in hand by Saturday afternoon. Cash for New Car Experience When my wife and I decided we wanted to purchase a Mazda CX-5 we were so excited to be buying this car with cash. Sales Staff were friendly and helpf When my wife and I decided we wanted to purchase a Mazda CX-5 we were so excited to be buying this car with cash. Sales Staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating. When we met with the Financing Agent things changed and we were told that a credit check was necessary to verify our identity. We reminded the Financing Agent that this was NOT necessary since we are paying with cash. The mood changed and my wife and the Financing agent began to argue about this. My wife has worked in the banking and compliance area for over 25 years, and knows the laws very closely. This is not necessary by any means. My wife was very upset and left. I asked the Finance Agent to contact her manager and see if this was a Morrie's Policy or not. After a lengthy conversation with her Manager it was not necessary (as I overheard on the phone call). We did leave with the CX-5, we love the CX-5, we just hope this financial practice is corrected. Even though we had a terrible outcome with the Financial Agent, it was corrected in our favor. I would recommend Morrie's because of the Sales Staff experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff upfront and working with you. They are not paid on commission, which is helpful to know. I am giving a three star rating on the overall experience, if I just had to give it on the Sales Staff, it would have been 5 stars. More

Good customer service. I was pleased that I was able to reserve a rental to use while the service is being done - that’s a requirement for me. I was the first appointment, and traffic was in my favor, so I got there early. They were ready and I got in early. I was leery when the system brought up a different person (it took the previous owner off the VIN rather than take my information), but that was the only hiccup. They took care of a hidden issue that was under warranty, and even covered labor related to replacing a belt that was degraded because of the warranty repair. Overall good first experience. I’ll be back. More

Rude, Unattentive, Dismissive Bought used from morries. They said they would honor a few issues I had with my vehicle and taking it to any morries location would “be fine” I went t Bought used from morries. They said they would honor a few issues I had with my vehicle and taking it to any morries location would “be fine” I went there for something that was supposed to be free of charge and instead they charged me $53 to clean my wheels then quoted me $200+ to fix a blinker that’s completely out. Buy happy is a complete joke. They don’t even do free oil changes anymore which is the reason my fiancée and her mother bought their cars from morries and now all of a sudden I’ve had a completely different experience. Just save yourself the headache and go to Jeff Belzers instead. Morries= Never again. More

The lack of car knowledge provided by my sales man Trevor unreliable at best. The sloppiness of the service staff and lack of communication along with my unmeaningful Certified Pre-Owned program were the main contributors to my less than HAPPY experience. I LOVE my MAZDA CX 5 and that my broker got me a good price on my trade and for that I give Morries ONE STAR .. but has taken awhile to recover from the 250 miles of traveling to and from the dealership and commitment of 4 days to get the transaction completed. As I look back, I have to wonder .. if I had been a 50 year old male VS a 68 year old widow would I have received different service. If Morries has the right car for you . .go ahead buy it . .but don't expect to know for sure what you drive of the lot and know you are pretty much on your own . .Buy Happy . . has a whole new meaning. More
