Everyone is quite helpful, Richard, Andy, and sorry I forgot the other manager name, everyone is awesome. But the Indian guy who asked me to do tons of signatures is not very professional or helpful. I was asking whether I can give the registration card instead of title for complete the trade in. he kept saying no and was so impatient, let me go back to find title. Eventually, thanks to another professional man do not know his name, it turns out I just need a signature and the registration card. Overall, this is a great experience.
