This was my first time purchasing/leasing a new vehicle and he was able to give me honest information and opinions, help me explore all inventory options between new and used and point out things that I should notice about each vehicle we looked at (especially things I didn't think of on my own!). Mike was also very considerate of my desired budget and was able to work with the Sales Manager Mike Carr to get me the best deal possible. When signing my lease, Joel Conn and Mike Carr were also very helpful in answering every question and even inquiring with Ford corporate to get final answers on the terms of the lease agreement. I finally had it down to 2 that I wanted to talk to someone about. When I went during business hours I met Ron McInnis. Before we even started talking about the vehicles I was interested in he asked what do we need to do to get you out of you vehicle, He worked with the finance department to get me a good deal for my vehicle and they worked to get me to a deal on the new Ford Explorer Sport that met my financial needs. This was made a little more challenging as I have just finished paying off a large sum of debt. But, Ron and the team kept working and we were able to get me to payment that suited my financial needs. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Grand Ledge Ford Team and Ron!! After several weeks of shooting down some great car possibilities, Mr. McInnis came through with the car of my dreams - a white platinum 2012 MKS. The customer service from Mr. McInnis was exceptional because he made it a point to touch base with me every week in regards to his search for the right vehicle and the status of my vehicle search. At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy a vehicle. If I did not like a vehicle Mr. McInnis moved on in his search and did not get offended. Last Wednesday, Mr.McInnis sent me a photo of the vehicle which I knew was a perfect fit. After test driving the vehicle, I was a little weary that the light interior couldn't be cleaned because it was a used vehicle. Mr. McInnis assured me that everything was going to be perfect and a week later I drove away a super-happy woman; the vehicle looked brand new! The price of the vehicle was fair and I also received a great deal on my trade-in and financing options (special thanks to finance queen Laura Jordan).
