Great service department! I made an appointment for an oil change and recall fix, dropped my car off the night before, and left my keys in the drop box. They sent me a video of the inspection which was super cool. They texted me when it was done and asked if I wanted delivery service. I ended up picking my car up because that was more convenient, and it was a quick, smooth hand off. Friendly customer service. Highly recommend. More

I was able to make my appointment on the Ford app. They were ready when I pulled in and took my car immediately. I sat in a very comfortable waiting area with a TV. I asked for ‘the works’ with my oil They were ready when I pulled in and took my car immediately. I sat in a very comfortable waiting area with a TV. I asked for ‘the works’ with my oil change. The estimate was an hour. That included rotating the tires , changing a filter, checking the battery , brakes and a dozen other things. 15 minutes later I received a video on my phone showing everything they did and how they did it. I was VERY impressed! Lastly, when I checked out, Kory saw that I had enough points to save $88 and the process ended up costing me less than just an oil change at a ‘quick’ change store. I was very pleased and left with a smile on my face! Morris’s is a class act! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! More
