He is friendly without being too "familiar", eager to answer any and all questions thoroughly, and accommodating without being pandering. He clearly knows his business and reads his customers well without playing mind games just to close a sale. I would go back to Rob in a minute for another vehicle purchase or for follow-up help after the sale. The atmosphere in the dealership is welcoming and warm, and all of the staff who participated in the execution of my purchase were terrific as well. And by the way, I couldn't be happier with the high quality reasonably-priced pre-owned vehicle I bought! FBM More

After decades of buying GM products, I decided to check out the Ford product line. Two years ago I leased a Ford Edge from Rob Beckwith at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln. The level of personal attention Rob showed us throughout the entire buying process was exceptional. He spent time with us learning about our desires. He then went to great lengths to introduce us to the Ford product line. He recommended cars to test drive based on those deisres. We test drove 3 or 4 different vehicles, before settling on the Edge. Decision made, we moved on to the financing part of the transaction. Laura Jordan was delightful to work with. Laura efficiently and effectively explained every aspect to the leasing process as we went through the documents. There were no "surprises". During the time we drove the Edge it performed well, requiring little attention from the service department. When we did take it in for routine service, the experience was consistent with our buying experience. Very friendly, and very professional. We just leased our 2nd vehicle from GLF. Same stroy as before. Rob was great. Joel Conn handled the leasing aspects of the transaction with great skill. I have to say this was fun!! More

We could not have been happier with the experience My wife and I went to Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln after hearing a recommendation for it from a friend. We could not have been happier with the experience. We met with Mike Lane at the dealership and found him to be friendly, informative, and happy to spend as much time with us as we needed, answering every question we had and giving us very detailed information about each car we were looking at. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and polite and at no point did we feel like we were being guided into any particular option or that we had to play games to try and get the best deal. It seemed very apparent that the dealership's business strategy is focused on quality, customer service and solidifying repeat business through genuinely trying to give their customers the best possible deal they can. Between Mike helping us look at cars and Joel Conn who was taking care of the financing my wife and I came away feeling ecstatic with the car we chose, the price, and the overall experience. My dad came along that day and said afterward that he too would recommend the dealership to anyone. Some of Mike's last words were about how we should think of him as our car guy, not just now, but whenever we need anything car-related and true to his word we got a call a week later from him just making sure we were happy with how everything was going so far. I would highly recommend! More
