There was no high pressure, he asked what our needs were, explained all of our options and let us have a say in the overall process. As a rule, we do not buy cars from dealerships. Going forward, we will be glad to refer any of our friends and family to experience the difference at Grand Ledge Ford. They had several pre-owned Ford Flex vehicles there to look over, all were clean and in very nice condition. I started out wanting a 2014 F150 4X4 with the king cab and a trailer towing package. The vehicle I wanted was beyond what I would have to pay monthly. Rob didn't stop there! He gathered info on 2014 F150's that would pull my trailer. He finally found one that would fit my NEEDS and managed a dealer trade with a dealer in Indiana. Rob did a magnificent job getting me into a vehicle that I'm proud to drive as well as one that will fir my needs. Roger More

He listened to me and my concerns and did what he could to stay within the parameters of what was affordable and something I not only liked but loved! Rob is hands down thee best sales rep I've ever encountered when purchasing a car. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone! Joel spoke with me to sign the final contracts and he did a great job of explaining every detail and answered my many questions. Upon completing the paperwork of my new Ford Focus, I was then met by Nate, General Sales Manager to ensure I experienced optimal satisfication just in case I had any further questions or concerns. Everyone was extremely warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Both Jim and Joel did a good job preparing and explaining the paperwork...my wife wants to trade in her car at Grand Ledge Ford, I plan to stick with them when my Fusion lease is up in two years. Excellent Service from beginning to end I went in to see about getting a Ford Flex as my company car was a Flex. I had not purchased a new car in over 9 years nor had I had a car payment in I went in to see about getting a Ford Flex as my company car was a Flex. I had not purchased a new car in over 9 years nor had I had a car payment in 9 years. I was introduced to Ben Croze who took me out to the lot to show me what they had in a pre owned Flex. I was interested in a new Flex and Ben gave me some info to think about and take home in regards to pre owned vs. a new car. After a few days I made an appointment to meet with Ben to discuss getting a new Flex, which was going to have to be "found" for me. In speaking with Ben, I told him I decided to switch things up a bit and could he show me an Edge. I fell in love with the Edge right away, it had everything I needed and more and was also new. Ben went over the options with me on pricing and I decided right then and there to buy it. I was then introduced to Joel who was taking care of my credit application and paperwork. It took no time at all for my credit approval and we began signing papers. After about a half hour everything was all set and signed for me to get my car the next day. Ben went over all of the details of how the car worked from top to bottom. Nate the sales manager came over to personally thank me for my purchase and let me know if I needed anything he would be happy to help. This was the quickest, easiest, no pressure process. I couldn't be more pleased with Grand Ledge Ford and Ben Croze. Ben had even come in on his day off the day of my appointment to meet with me to discuss my options. I had been a customer previously and had great service with the service department which is why I decided to purchase my new vehicle through GLF and now I can tell you their sales team provides great service as well. He took the time to explain all the bells and whistles which, common to younger buyers, were a change for me who rarely enters the car-buying arena. The dealership is impeccably clean and inviting, with friendly, immediate recognition by all employees who appear happy with their positions at the dealership. Options were many, models as well. Very knowledgeable with each unit in inventory. Rob prefers smooth jazz and doesn't like opera,( but we can work on that). Each person with whom I dealt truly seemed sincere in working with me, offering to answer questions after the sale, and making sure I was satisfied prior to signing on the bottom line. More
