The after sale service and treatment has been over the top. I am getting happier and happier with the Escape day by day. It is fun to learn the new things available since my last purchase. Opted for the lease hoping that in three years options and features available only in the Titanium package may be standard features in 2018, or available in a group or package that we want. Also hoping that in three years features currently available on select makes and models will be more widely available. I prefer to support local businesses and I am grateful that Grand Ledge Ford is "local". And has a first rate showroom and a very friendly team of players to work with. They do indeed make you feel welcome and at home.
