Not only was Rob able to help my mother in law obtain a car that fits her needs. He worked with myself and my husband to find a car that was perfect for our family. He took the time to listen to what we wanted in a car and showed us several options. He was patient with us and understanding. The first time I came in to look at cars I brought my 2 year old with me, she became very active and did not want to sit still. Rob gave her things to do and talked to her to help her feel like she was part of the experience. My husband and myself returned 2 days later and Rob showed us a few more cars and by the next day we had the car that was right for us. The car is VERY fuel efficient and roomy. Since we purchased the car we have been contacted by Rob. The first call was just to make sure that everything was going well and was a day or two after we purchased the car.
