Excellence in sales and kindness! My husband & I went car shopping at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 to look for a new used car. We were immediately greeted by Rob Beckwith, who was friendly and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We didn't feel any pressure to decide on the spot and he answered all questions professionally and with courtesy. He talked about the different types of vehicles available as well as the helpful ratings of the cars and trucks that Ford has to offer. We found a car we wanted to test drive and before the drive even started he made sure the vehicle was safe and even put air in the tire that was slightly low. During the drive there was casual conversation and not once did he seem to be "putting us on" or forcing his agenda. He was genuine in his approach to making sure we were getting a quality car and a quality price. Due to financing limitations, he generously offered a deal on the car we wanted and forfeited his commission to allow us to drive away with a new used vehicle. I am grateful and sincerely appreciate Mr. Beckwith's kindness. Without him as our guide, the car buying process would have been lackluster and frustrating. Its an unfortunate stigmata about car salespeople not doing a good job, being greedy or not enough to help the customer, but with Rob Beckwith it was a rewarding experience for both of us! . He even made sure the fuel was replenished before we drove away...we will absolutely be coming back to Rob Beckwith for other purchases. Thank you and God Bless Rob Beckwith! More
Place to go to buy your next vehicle I wanted to replace my old 2006 Mustang with the new Mustang. I was very particular about what I wanted on the car. I had to order the car and while it took longer to get than I anticipated, Rob Beckwith exceeded my expectations in his efforts to make sure I got the car I wanted and at the price I wanted. Joel Conn did a great job in handling the paperwork. Both were low pressure knowledgeable professionals. He pointed out all of the features of the new car (my old one is 18 yrs. old with no "high tech") and I went for a test drive. When we returned the next day to do the sale, he spent time again making sure we were comfortable with all of the features, from keyless locks, climate control, radio etc. All this and we feel we also got a very good deal! I am totally pleased with the car and the dealership! More

I am continually impressed by Brian Korpi's Service Management Team This is an update to my April 28 most positive review of GLFL Service Department. I am continually impressed by Brian Korpi's Service Management Team and their commitment to excellent, timely, customer directed service. I was going out of town and needed my car serviced prior to the trip. Although completely booked, thanks to Krista Anderson, I was able to get the car scheduled. As part of the routine inspection, a problem was encountered with a rear wheel which was fixed so I could make a safe journey to my appointed destination. While traveling, I encountered other mechanical problems which were promptly taken care of upon my return, again thanks to Krista.. This was my first experience working with this service manager. I found her to be competent, cordial, and very easy to work with. For those seeking service from GLFL, I would recommend her without reservation, just as I would Rob, Nate and Sky. These people are excellent at what they do and it's evident Brian Korpi provides the kind of leadership making this service department one of the best I've used. As mentioned in my April 28 review, I've been using GLFL as a "one stop" service for about 10 years and will continue to do so in the future - because of the excellent people and service. More
