As Usual; Outstanding Customer Service from All Departments! Just purchased my 4th car with the fine folks at GLF and, as usual, the service was outstanding! In particular, I absolutely LOVE working with Rob Beckwith as he makes me feel like I am a family member versus a customer and never uses uncomfortable tactics to make the sale. He is very good at what he does and has been since the very first time I worked with him a few years back. Joel Conn is extremely knowledgeable and super nice and does an excellent job at describing the finance component to purchasing a vehicle. I only take my vehicles to GLF for service and that's because of James and others in service who are ALWAYS professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I never feel as if they are trying to oversell on service. Thanks to all of you who continue to make my experiences at GLF pleasant and stress-free! More

Dorene Fuller went above and beyond what any Sales Consultant would do. Dorene sold us our first Ford Expedition and we loved that one, coming in and working with her on our new lease made it so simple. Never having leased before, she explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable about the process. The new Expedition had more bells and whistles than we had before and she went into great detail to explain everything, she even made my wife, who is technology challenged, understand a few things. She is very personable. Thanks Dorene for an awesome experience and thank you Grand Ledge Ford for a great vehicle and great Sales Consultant. More

I am absolutely in love! My husband and I have continued to do business with Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln for a few years now. I don't usually write reviews, but I just couldn't help myself as we constantly receive outstanding service. From buying, leasing, and even oil changes the experience is not only smooth and easy, but it's actually fun! I brought my son in when I received my first oil change (free of course!) and there was more than enough entertainment for him. There was a TV to watch, a deluxe coffee machine with so many options, and even though we weren't there to buy or lease, Rob came over just to see how the family was doing. I will continue to do business with Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln and would recommend to everyone!!! More

Quick and Painless As a surprise I went in search of a new/used truck for my husband. I found a great deal online at Grand Ledge Ford. Rob, our sales person, helped us with some of the more technical areas of our new Escape by programing our phones to the car and helped us with the radio. He has been our sales person for other cars that we have purchased at Grand Ledge Ford. We called him one time while we were driving because of a warning light that appeared on the dashboard. He told us that we must have accidently pushed a button. This was the case and we were able to turn the light off and proceed with our trip. He is just a wonderful sales Representative! More
