I have been dealing with this dealership for years. My latest encounter was with the Service Department and it will be my last. My car had a safety recall. I scheduled an appointment directly with the service department. I received 3 email confirmations and a phone call the day before where I spoke directly with someone in service to confirm. I drove into the service bay at my appointed time. There were no other customers present, but 2 service managers were there. The head guy looked annoyed when I approached and asked what I needed. I said I had an appointment for a recall check. He said ‘what’s your phone number?’, found my appointment (apparently) and that was it. After I received this survey, I received a email from the Head of Service asking for me to please give a good review and if I couldn’t to please contact him. So I called him. When I explained what had happened, his response was ‘okay, so…’. I said ‘that’s not good customer service.’ He just said ‘okay.’ No apology. No promise to do better. Just a big ‘who cares.’ Oddly, I care enough about where I do business that I get to choose places that treat customers better. More

Our experience with the service department was outstanding! The fact that we didn’t have to leave our home was such a blessing for us older folks.
