Service Center I had my car in for routine service yesterday. I had a complaint about condensation in a tail lamp. I told hthe agent the car was still under warranty I had my car in for routine service yesterday. I had a complaint about condensation in a tail lamp. She could have said ok we'll order the part but Krista, the agent, went to the trouble to get the price of the part, explain to me about the conditions in which the warranty would pay, and, took the extra time to remove the tail light casing to see if indeed my car met those conditions by having the part checked by the parts department. And, I was out of there within an hour and twenty minutes. That's good service. Thank you. More

Fantastic and Smooth Process I went in with specific concerns regarding what I needed in a vehicle. Rob listened and we talked about what would and wouldn't work with the choices I went in with specific concerns regarding what I needed in a vehicle. Rob listened and we talked about what would and wouldn't work with the choices available in the types of vehicles. He hit a home run with the first vehicle, a Ford Escape. The test drive cemented it for us. Rob found a number of incentives available at the time and went to the effort of explaining the deals. Joel made the finance process very smooth, effortless, and quick.
