They didn't have exactly what we wanted on hand and we made a deal for what they had. The next day I was able to find a car at another dealer that matched what we were looking for and they put in the extra effort to work out an inventory transfer even though we had already agreed on a deal. I'd worked with Mitch on a previous purchase (4 years ago) and had a good experience then too. Mitch (our sales person) was not in the office that next day when we found the car and Mike (the sales manager) stepped right in and took care of things. Thanks for the great service. This purchase was for my in-laws rather than ourselves this time. Without exaggerating I can safely say we have been to GLF no less than 3 times over the past year trying to cinvince them they needed a new car. Each time getting a bit closer but never quite convincing them they should spend the same amount for a vehicle as they had to build their first new home in 1973. Push finally came to shove and they found themselves in an urgent situation. However, Nick moved on through as if it were the first time we had been there to look rather than the 4th time to look without buying. He maintained rock steady for us and managed to finally get the deal made! Thank you so much Nick and everyone over at GLF! Had it not been for you all we would still be looking I am sure!!! More

I traded in my Ford Focus 2007 for a Ford Escape 2014.. Craig Ervin, sales consultant, met me as I was looking around the lot to 'see ' what was available. He asked what my need were and didn't try to steer me to a car I couldn't afford or didn't want. Always a good sign for a woman shopping for a car. He listened.! We made an appointment for the next day. I did some "homework" on my computer about the Ford Escape by writing down questions and concerns. When we met, Craig got me the price I needed for my old car; he answered all my questions about car tax, recalls, car history and safety features; he took me for a test drive; and then he answered more questions. I felt comfortable that he took time to do his professional best for me and my budget. Craig Ervin is a great asset to Ford Sales. Craig then introduced me to Joel Conn. In his dealings with my questions and concerns regarding the finance of the Escape, Joel was professional and efficient. When we were done, I felt good about my payment decisions. I would recommend this duo when you're buying your next car. I've had my Escape for a day and a half. I have more questions and Craig said when I left that he wanted me to come back to go over anything else I wanted to know about my "new to me" Ford Escape. What wonderful service! More

Rob Beckwith (who characterizes himself as "the bald guy") we out of his way to ensure this vehicle met our needs, even bringing it to our house to make sure the bike fit. And after the sale, he personally delivered the van to our house. Rob was professional and generous with his time to make sure we purchased a vehicle that would satisfy our needs. Laura Jordan, the Business Manager, expeditiously process the paperwork and was careful to clearly explain the purchase and warranty terms. More
