Our experience at Grand Ledge Ford was the complete opposite; it was quick/easy/painless and David Brown was the main reason behind that. He was very friendly, professional and NOT pushy in any manner whatsoever. He listened to what we wanted and helped in anyway he could to get in the exact Explorer we wanted onto the lot.
