Never at any time did we feel pressured to purchase. In fact, the last vehicle was purchased via a phone call and and a few text messages. Total time in the dealership was less than 2 hours. Three days later we were informed that we were going to received an additional $500 rebate from Ford Motor. Laura Jordan was equally easy to work with when it came time to sign the paperwork. No pressure to buy additional services or warranty agreements. Just information. More

They went out of their way to accommodate my needs when turning in my lease and getting me into a new Ford Edge. I test drove a few different models and they were able to get me into exactly what I was looking for. They genuinely listened to every detail and made me feel very comfortable with no pressure at all to buy. All of the staff seemed very friendly. This was my second time buying from Grand Ledge Ford and I would highly recommend going there if you are interested in a stress free excellent car buying experience. Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln Is Worth The Trip I was looking for a newer model used Ford Explorer, and Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln had exactly what I wanted, but couldn't find in my area. I made the 2 I was looking for a newer model used Ford Explorer, and Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln had exactly what I wanted, but couldn't find in my area. I made the 2 hour trip out to see the Explorer and was assigned David Brown as my sales consultant. I immediately felt at ease with David. He was very friendly, but what I appreciated the most was that he was genuinely friendly. It wasn't the "I just want to sell you a car" kind of friendly that is so often encountered during the whole car buying process. We went for a test drive and David thoroughly explained the features of the Explorer. When we returned, he went over more of the Explorer's features and patiently answered any questions I had. I loved the vehicle and felt very at ease with David, but my husband had recently found out that he got a discount through his employer at a local Ford dealer and with all of the great year end rebates from Ford, I wanted to explore my options with a new vehicle too. David understood my need to think about it and wasn't pushy. I appreciated that very much. I explored my options, worked the numbers, and ultimately decided on purchasing the Explorer from David. My return trip to pick up the Explorer went just as well. It only had one key, and David had another one made before I got there. He made sure that I had a full tank of gas for the long trip back. The Explorer was detailed prior to my arrival and it was spotless. David made sure that I was comfortable with all of the features and patiently answered any questions I had. He set the navigation to my home destination and paired my phone for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership and David Brown to others, and when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to go back and ask for David. Although the drive was a long one, the experience was very positive, making the drive worth it! More
Excellent experience! Have you ever been to a dealership where it seems the salesperson isn't listening? How about a dealership that looks at you as just another sale, or p Have you ever been to a dealership where it seems the salesperson isn't listening? How about a dealership that looks at you as just another sale, or perhaps they blow off your myriad of questions, and don't really answer them? Well that won't happen here! Craig answered all of our questions ( my friend and I bought a car the same day) and although we changed things up in him quite a bit, while we were with him, he was pleasant, funny, patient and genuine. In other words -- he related well and was happy to serve us! That made a world of difference and my experience was one of the best ever. All of the staff seemed friendly and genuine. Excellent customer service! I went to GL Ford to look at some Explorers. I needed to upgrade to a bigger car to accommodate my growing boys. I know Nick Vollman because our kid I went to GL Ford to look at some Explorers. I needed to upgrade to a bigger car to accommodate my growing boys. I know Nick Vollman because our kids go to daycare together, so there was a comfort level in doing business with him. Nick allowed me to test drive the Explorer. I found it to be a very nice vehicle. Just for comparison's sake, I asked to test drive a Ford Edge. While searching through the inventory, Nick also suggested that I test drive the Lincoln MKX. I never considered this vehicle and really did not know much about it. Nick took time to explain how it compared with both the Explorer and Edge. I test drove the vehicle and was very impressed with it. When it came time to discuss price, Nick was willing to work with me. He was also very patient. The day I picked up the car went very smoothly. The dealership had everything ready to go and there was no waiting around. Nick took time to show me some of the features in the vehicle. In short, I appreciated the time he took in working with me and would not hesitate to come back when we buy a new car. More

Craig Ervin is an awesome young man and he made this experience most enjoyable. I love my new 2016 Ford Edge. I have never owned and SUV or Crossover, but it is a fun to drive, and I feel safe moving around in all the snow. More

My wife had purchased a 2013 Escape and had some minor cosmetic work done that was agreed to when she purchased the vehicle. Nick offered her a loner while this was being done. She wanted Nick to provide her with one that I might like because she was tired of the headache and worry that went along with my 2002 Explorer. Nick provided a 2016 Shadow Black Explorer that was just too beautiful to resist. She basically sold the vehicle to me. I don't drive as much for work now as I did in the past, but I do know that when I need service in the future I have a great team to work with just around the corner from my home. We live an hour and a half away from Grand Ledge, but Ben's professionalism and the quality of Grand Ledge Ford's selection helped to ease any of our concerns about picking a car site unseen. The car that we were first interested in sold before we could get through figuring out financing as first time buyers. Ben kept in contact with us to see if there was anything he could do to help, without pressuring us into a car that we weren't interested in or out of our budget. When we did find another car that we wanted Ben took care of everything. The Ben did everything he could to make sure that we got it, and in the end we did. We couldn't be happier with our 2011 Ford Fiesta or the whole experience that we had in purchasing it. When we are in the market again Ben Cruz will be the first person that we call. More
