We told him what to look for and he and his managers hunted until they found the perfect vehicle for my wife. Picked up the Escape today and all the explanation of functions was fantastic. We met with Josh Preston to discuss our next options and to turn in the keys, to our surprise the lease turn in went great, very easy.. We reviewed our puchase options and setteled on a 2016 Taurus SEL. Josh and the rest of the staff made quick work of the paperwork and explained our service options. Very upfront on the final costs and incentives available for our purchase. Everything was black and white no hidden surprises. Josh followed up after the purchase to review any concerns we have which to me was over the top, not something found at many dealerships I've been to. He listened to what my wife wanted, she is the primary driver, and also paid particular attention to what she didn't want. Within a few minutes we were on the road testing out a new 2017 Escape, and it was perfect. It had all of the features she wanted and none of the ones she didn't and our lease payment went down almost $120.00. Laura Jordan handled the finance for us and she is extremely friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend the GLF team for all of your leasing needs. More

Meet Cecelia. Her name is Cecelia Maxine. She's a 2017 Ford C-Max hybrid, and she was made in Detroit. Silver was not the color I would have chosen, but then, neith Her name is Cecelia Maxine. She's a 2017 Ford C-Max hybrid, and she was made in Detroit. Silver was not the color I would have chosen, but then, neither was the blue 1990 Toyota I traded in. But unlike my Toyota, Cecelia runs like a dream, only has 50 miles, and is safe enough for my baby to ride in. She has lots of nice little bonus features, including rear camera parking assist, heated seats, and little gamified coaching programs to help me become a better and more efficient driver. After safety, the most important part, for us, was the bottom line. Thanks to our sales rep, Josh Preston, we got the best price on a new C-Max within 600 miles, and the lease payments are $10 less per month than I budgeted. Plus we will save a lot on gas and do our part for the environment, and we supported jobs right here in Michigan. Cecelia is a great little car, and just what my family needs right now. Trading in my Toyota, which we affectionately called "The Bluebird," was an emotional process, though. I got the car when I was 18 years old, and we went through a lot together. 16 years, 91,000 total miles, and so many memories. Thanks to Josh Preston and his team at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln for making the experience as positive as it could be, given that I dropped my Title in a puddle in the parking lot, my 18-month-old put his grubby fingers on every car in the show room, and I cried just about every 10 minutes of the nearly five-hour process because I had such a hard time parting with my old car. Everyone was kind and sympathetic. When I came back the next day to finish up one matter -- my old license plate had been rusted on, and it took some special tools to get it off -- Josh told me that rather than being sold at auction or scrapped for parts, my old car was going to one of the young guys who works at the dealership, and he was going to take good care of it. I guess the guy was pretty excited to see such an unusual car get traded in, and immediately approached his boss about taking it over. Means a lot to me that someone else could see how special that little Toyota is. These guys know their stuff, and they can tell when a car has been loved. And for me, knowing my old car is going to someone who will appreciate and care for it is almost as great as knowing that my new family will be safe with Cecelia. More
