We were on the way to sign papers when we received a courtsey phone call from Julie Childers and we began talking literally on the way to other Ford dealer. Julie stated they wanted to give us the best deal possible. She had me talk to Josh Preston one of the sales associate. Josh asked me what I was looking for and I told him the situation on the other dealer and all the options I wanted on the truck .Josh said he would have the perfect truck up front waiting for us. We did a U-turn and then headed up to Grand Ledge Ford and as soon as we walked in the doors were greeted by the front desk with a warm reception. Josh walked over and pointed outside and park up front was the "PERFECT" truck I had described. (It was almost like they went and quickly built the truck just for me.
