Rob took the time to hear our specific needs, was there when we had questions, and faded to the background when we needed to discuss ourselves. Completely pressure-free situation is the best description. We ultimately leased a brand new Lincoln Navigator, and Rob personally inspected the cleaning and detailing, and had the crew spend extra time on making sure the vehicle was pefectly clean and shiny. We had a fantastic experience at Grand Ledge Ford, and it's to the absolute credit of the friendly and down to earth service of Rob Beckwith. More

I began looking for vehicles, wanting to get into a pick-up again and as i was "searching the web" Julie contacted me as I was looking at things on the GL Ford site. I set up an appointment to come in and test drive which actually took me quite a while to do, but her patience and understanding were very much appreciated and for that I thank her. When I did finally did come in I was introduced to Doug who was not only helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs for a safe and dependable vehicle, but made which would have otherwise been a very stressful task enjoyable and down right fun! I can't thank Doug enough and have already recommended several people to "go see Doug" as he really made buying a vehicle a positive experience. I will come and see Doug when I need another vehicle for sure! In closing, Jim was easy to work with, explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable with all the paperwork and items necessary to complete my purchase. Great experience on every level. I originally went into Grand Ledge Ford with the intentions of getting an idea what the new Ford F-150 was like. I knew I was in the market and I also I originally went into Grand Ledge Ford with the intentions of getting an idea what the new Ford F-150 was like. I knew I was in the market and I also knew GLF had a large selection of trucks in stock with all different trim levels. Needless to say, I was in the market for a nice new truck. My family and I walked in and were met by Josh Preston, a sales associate, who offered us something cool to drink, a few chairs, and a listening ear to access my needs. Mr. Preston wrote down a comprehensive list of wants vs. needs vs. reality and gave me a few options that hit all the highs and lows. He took the time to show me the vehicles that were in my price range and also gave me a few options that were unknown to me, even though I had done a lot of homework on the subject of the Ford F-150. At the end of the day, I had a truck that I was in love with and a buying experience I was pretty proud of. Its pretty evident that the sales staff that I was involved with at Grand Ledge Ford has a lot of pride for their products. Its also pretty clear that the only thing that eclipses that pride is seeing a completely satisfied customer drive their new F-150 while wearing an ear to ear grin. More

Krista Dayton in service was great to work with as well! Chad in parts made sure the parts needed for repairs were available quickly which help things go smoothly. We also worked with Laura Jordan in finance who not only helped us pick out the right warranty for our needs but stayed late to complete our purchase so we could drive our new car that weekend, Rob also stayed late to make sure everything went well. The whole team at Grand Ledge Ford made this a great experience. I would not buy a Ford any where else. More
