I talked to Phil Wright over the phone about my 2001 White Expedition. It had a striped out spark plug. With talking to Phil we decided on a Helicoil repair. I brought my vehicle in with an appointment being the next day. The next day it was fixed, and I was called with the price being lower then I thought it was going to be. I have to say that throughout the process I had a very good customer serviced experience, and the work was done very well. I am very happy to find a good, friendly, trustworthy repair shop. I plan on getting more repairs done there in the future. It is not the closest repair shop to me at far. It's about 35 miles away from me. Keep up the good work Phil and Larry. Thanks, Mike L. More

I was pleased with the quality of work done on my car, the time involved in resolving my car's issues, and the friendly and caring attitude of the service writer (Philip Wright). My previous service experiences have been with Jim, which have always been very positive, so your service writer selections are spot on. My greatest concern with the service I receive through your dealership relates to the cost involved. It's just difficult to accept that the cost for certain "common" services at your service department run at least 15-20% higher than non-dealership service centers in the area. Also, your $90/hr labor rate, despite it being competitive with other dealership service departments, sure has climbed from the $75/hr rate from not long ago. If the strategy of dealerships is to make the cost of non-warranty service so arduous that customers consider trading in their money pits for a new car, complete with a warranty and payment, then perhaps you're succeeding. More
