This is a very well-run dealership. I had a good experience buying my Mariner hybrid a year ago. I've been back twice since, once for an oil change and yesterday when I had an electrical proble tha experience buying my Mariner hybrid a year ago. I've been back twice since, once for an oil change and yesterday when I had an electrical proble that turned out to be a malfunctioning battery. Yesterday, the service manager, Philip Wright, told me to come right in and made space for me on the service schedule. they diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes and I was on my way. Everything about the look and feel of this dealership is professional and friendly. I am very pleased to endorse them. More
Came to grand ledge Ford not looking to buy just to look. Ended up trading in my 98 oranger and buying a 2010 ranger because of the great service and trade allowance. My company's Ford 2005 F-350 truck was disabled on the road. After making it drivable, I brought the truck in for wheel service. My company provides mobile medical imaging service for hospitals in Michiga road. After making it drivable, I brought the truck in for wheel service. My company provides mobile medical imaging service for hospitals in Michigan. Because this truck was needed to transport a medical imaging trailer to a hospital in need of our imaging service,I needed to have the truck repaired no later than close of business the following day. I explained my situation to Philip Wright, the service Advisor. He explained how busy the service area was and since I did not have an appointment, he would do his best. To my utmost satisfaction, despite the difficulty in obtaining parts, Philip Wright and the service technician, Mike Fernoltz, got my company's truck back on the road in time to transport our medical trailer to the hospital and provide the service needed for the scheduled patients. I believe Philip Wright and Mike Fernholtz went above and beyond in their jobs to complete the work in the restricted time and should be commended. Thanks again. More

I went in to have my side steps replaced under warranty. They got the truck in at my scheduled time and gave me a ride to work. In the proccess of replacing them they found that the new steps were not the They got the truck in at my scheduled time and gave me a ride to work. In the proccess of replacing them they found that the new steps were not the correct ones. I was promptly called and told of the problem. Another set of steps was ordered and shipped straight from the manufacture. They picked my wife up from work so she could drive the truck home just as planned. The steps arrived a couple of days later. I was informed of there location and arrival time each day. Once they arrived they verified that they were correct and I was told to just show up any time and they would be installed while I wait. When I arrived the next morning they were installed and I was leaving in about 30 minutes. I believe Phil and Dave did an excellent job by keeping me informed of what was going on and getting the whole thing taken care of very quickly. More

We were treated with sincere friendliness, dignity and respect; and never felt we were waiting for the other shoe to drop during the purchase process. No inflated invoice, no false promises, and absolutely so pressure! Everything was laid out for us to see in plain understandable terms, and we drove away with the new car the same day.
