I had a recent service for my Montery van. Phil was the service writer who handled the work. A couple of weeks later I began to hear a noise in the van's left front. I memtioned it to Phil when I was service writer who handled the work. A couple of weeks later I began to hear a noise in the van's left front. I memtioned it to Phil when I was in for service on my other car and told him I thought it might be a wheel bearing. He told me to bring it in ASAP as the warranty would soon be expiring. I called the next day and he said that I could bring it in that day. I took it in and Mike Fernholz, the front end service tech drove the car with me. Shortly after we left he heard the noise and did several manuvers to test the bearing. The noise reacted just as expected. On getting back to the dealership he told Phil it was a wheel bearing. Phil said that they could keep the car and would work on it the next day. So I left the car and they give me a ride home. On the following day Phil called in the afternoon to tell me the car was done. I told him I was out of town and would pick it up on Friday. On Friday I picked it up and the noise was gone. It was a great effort by the Team. More
Great customer service. GLF went above and beyond to help me with an issue with a vehicle that just left warranty. I have gone to Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln Mercury several times now for auto service and I highly recommend them. Specifically, I have dealt with both Phil Wright and Jon Snow who are both extremely friendl times now for auto service and I highly recommend them. As a female who knows little about cars, it’s important to find an auto mechanic who you can trust to not mislead you. I feel safe that they have my best interest in mind and are not trying to make a quick buck, but rather create a long-term customer. More
My wife and I were in the market for a used Ford Fusion. The sales people at a dealership in Kalamazoo with the initials HZ on Stadium Drive were the pushiest around and we vowed not to purchase a car from them or anyone like them. We were looking for people who were kind, knowledgeable, and wanted to earn our business. Grand Ledge Ford delivered all of that. They had nice cars that fit into our budget. EVERYONE we spoke with while we were there was a professional. They were knowledgeable about their product and I got the sense that they truly wanted to earn our business by finding the car that was right for us when we were ready to buy, not just sell us a car. We love our Fusion and highly recommend that you consider Grand Ledge Ford. We look forward to dealing with them again in the future. More
Nice, friendly service. My Escape needed new tires and new brake pads. They gave me a loaner car for the 3-4 hours they worked on my vehicle. Phil seemed right on top of things. Since I bought 4 tires new brake pads. They gave me a loaner car for the 3-4 hours they worked on my vehicle. Phil seemed right on top of things. I had multiple phone conversations with Phil Wright. As they were repairing my car and found new issues-Phil called me and explained what needed to be done and advised me of the cost. It is never convenient to have your car in for repairs-but GLF got me in the next day and had me back on the road in a hurry. I love their Customer Advantage program! More
I took our 2009 Ford Edge into Grand Ledge Ford for an oil change and tire rotation earlier than needed because we are planning to take the car on a trip to Williamsburg, Virginia, in a couple of weeks. The service advisor, Phil Wright, was courteous, efficient, and professional. The car was ready in just 30 minutes. I was delighted to see that a complete inspection was made, free of charge, of tire tread, health of the battery, and brake system in addition to the services I had requested. More
