Started out fine but salesman said he was going to send email with the numbers and never did. So we show up to make the purchase ,already put five hundred dollars down. The price has changed but they don’t want us to know so they tell my wife to sign a piece of paper that has the wrong information on it. The price was inflated by 500.00 and then said they took 500.00 off the price and the interest rate was 1.25% higher than the credit union that we told them we were already Approved for. So the finance guy is trying to get a signature on a form with inaccurate information ( name misspelled, price of vehicle inflated and inflated the interest rate) when I questioned this they got aggressive and I got pissed of. I did swear, but I never threatened anyone but was threatened by the finance guy and he kept following me and my wife outside and asked me to “let’s walk out in the parking lot so we could finish it” he intentionally tried to escalate the situation into a fist fight So professional, first tell people to sign something that they don’t agree with then, get in the customers face and try to bully them. Beautiful business model I just wonder if this isn’t part of the sales training to mislead, misdirect, and intimidate. Or it could be tell customers about your sad life and poor health to get them to feel sorry for you(to much info from salesman) I won’t use names but the idiots that were involved in trying to take advantage of my wife should be ashamed and fired very unprofessional The lies over 500 plus 30 in tax’s killed a deal that was going to happen, finances were all set and we were going to get the vehicle until they finally showed us the numbers on paper and they were not what had been promised by the salesman. I didn’t even ask for the 500 discount he said he was doing the discount on his own. He spoke of it to my wife and to me then raised the price to discount it when the price is on the internet and I had a screen shot of the vehicle from before ever talking to anyone More
