Misleading and inaccurate sales We were in search of a used vehicle for our daughter. We found a vehicle that we were interested in on Morrie's website. It was a low mileage vehicle We were in search of a used vehicle for our daughter. We found a vehicle that we were interested in on Morrie's website. It was a low mileage vehicle and "Accident free". I submitted the "Interest" request form on the website and was contacted within a short period of time. This would be a 8hr drive round trip to see this vehicle and I based the decision to make the trip based on the dealership's representation of the vehicle. Well, my wife and I made the trip and arrived to the dealership on time for our scheduled appointment. We were met by someone who said that the salesperson we were suppose to meet with was busy and he would show us the vehicle. Immediately upon walking up to the car I could see paint over spray on the rubber trim around the headlights and door trim. Then I could see clear coat pealing. From there I opened the doors, sanding scratches in the bond and looked like it was painted with a rattle can. In the window was a sticker that read something to the effect of fully detailed, I will say that the interior was clean but that was as far as it went. The engine compartment looked like it sat outside under trees for six months with the hood open. As I started pointing out these things to the salesman he showed me the vehicle report that showed no accidents reported. My thing is, that simply says no accidents reported, Morrie's represented this car as "accident free". It was so obvious that this car was repainted. Totally misrepresented and dishonest. To sum up, original salesman appointment was made with did not keep it, dealership detailing very poor at best and vehicle descriptions cannot be trusted. Maybe if I was spending 60k on a new car it would have been different but should that be? More

Now, I always hesitate to go into car dealerships be My wife and I were in the market for a used SUV and in researching online brought us to Morrie’s. Now, I always hesitate to go into car dealerships because of the sales games that are played but this was different. We were able mmediately greeted by Quinton Garvis, a young salesman who was very attentive to our needs. He worked his tail off trying to find the right vehicle for us and was able to track down a few, even though we had very specific needs. He even followed up as agreed upon and only gave the impression that he was there to help, not just sell a car. Then cane the much dreaded “introduce you to my manager”... what a pleasant surprise when all the Manager did was ask if we were getting the service we desired and to let him know how he could help...hmmmm. Between Quinton and the Manager (sorry, forgot his name) my wife and I were very pleased. We would recommend Morries especially Quinton, to anyone looking to buy a car. What a pleasant experience. Dreams don't come easy Originally I was quoted a very low price for my trade in after my hopes were high on my dream car. I told Jabbar that I had visited another car lot an Originally I was quoted a very low price for my trade in after my hopes were high on my dream car. I told Jabbar that I had visited another car lot and was quoted over double the price. Jabbar could tell from the test drive that I really wanted the car but with the trade in quote I just couldn't afford it. After emailing back and forth Jabbar suggested that I bring in proof of higher quotes and gave me options on how to proceed. Needless to say after bringing in a quote I was wanting, it was matched and I walked away with the car of my dreams! Jabbar was very kind, patient, and determined to help me out. I'm very satisfied with his service and would recommend him if your looking for a salesman to be on your side. Thank you Jabbar! I wish I could remember the whole team names but the manager was awesome he's the one who actually matched the trade in quote for me that a previous manager quoted way too low. The lady that assisted with approval she found me the best rate with the payments that meet my needs with warranty included. Also the guy I did my final paper dar work with Jon I believe was very nice and helped me understand everything. Great team work! More
