I really like the videos. However I struggle with your service because your techs don’t go above and beyond. Example, he found a lot of seeds in my air filter box. Why would he not quickly vacuume it out? Also my coolant was over filled. Your techs filled it last time. Why would he not take some out? Not addressing easy potential issues seems lazy and giving the vehicle back without addressing the issue is a problem. Also I do not want to hear how much your dealer is losing on the oil changes. You charge $9 a quart. Your not losing when I can get it for $6 at Walmart. More
