Aaron in the service department was terrible to work with, took 5 weeks to get some A/C lines done with very few updates throughout. He tried to charge me for an alignment after I told him not to do one with, took 5 weeks to get some A/C lines done with very few updates throughout. He tried to charge me for an alignment after I told him not to do one and that the vehicle had just had one a few months prior. After 2 weeks had gone by he told me he could not get a hold of my warranty company, I called one time and sat on hold for 12 minutes to get the claim started myself. Aarons customer service was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I will never be back to Buffalo morries More

I brought my truck in there for a specific problem. I showed him what the problem was very simple fixed when they called me. They said it would be X amount of dollars I told him do not fix it. I will buy the part and do it myself and when I got there to pick my truck up, they did a diagnostics check which didn’t need to be done and charge me a lot of money will not ever take anything back there. The communication could improve. I had no idea my car was actually completed and I could not get through with a phone call. The number attached to the text and email does not work "disconnected" when I found another number on the website and got through the automated options nobody answered the phone. So I just showed up. The actual work done was fine and I enjoyed the inspection video, but it did not specify that my work was completed. Not the first communication issue I've had. When I bought the car I was told I'd be called to set up my rust protection. After a month I called to get it set up. More
