Service was fine. They fixed what needed to be fixed, but the communication was TERRIBLE. They picked my car up for service via their valet system on Friday. The service technician called me once my car was received and stated that they were uncertain how long it would take to service the vehicle and that it might take until Saturday. He assured me he would call back before the end of business on Friday with an update. Didn’t hear anything from them on Friday. Called the dealership on Saturday for an update. No one was able to speak with me right then but I was assured that someone would call me back. No one called me back on Saturday. On Sunday I called and left a voicemail requesting someone call me as soon as possible on Monday. On Monday I finally received a text that included a service video. The video was dated from Friday afternoon! Then someone finally called to tell me my vehicle was done and we arraigned valet service back to my home. I received a text letting me know they would notify me when the vehicle was on its way. And that was the last thing I heard from them. 4 hours later imagine my shock that I find my car sitting in my driveway, unlocked with the keys visible in the council! Who knows how long it had been sitting there, ripe for stealing! No one knocked on my door or called or texted as promised. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager. They assured me someone would call me back ASAP on Monday afternoon. Now it is Wednesday and I have yet to hear from them. Never bringing my vehicle back to Morris’s Ford Buffalo. More
I bought my new Ford Edge on 2022. This is my third Ford Edge since 2014. I love it. To bad they have been discontinued. Morries has the resources to ensure consumers receive vehicles that are safe, sound and reliable. Those resources for many consumers are worth the 30% markup to ensure the piece of mind that they are buy vehicles that are safe, sound and reliable. Those resources for many consumers are worth the 30% markup to ensure the piece of mind that they are buying a safe, sound and reliable vehicle. In my case, those resources mainly the detailed inspection, diagnosis and servicing of issues that existed prior to selling me a vehicle were used minimally at best. My expectations were that Morries used their vast resources to ensure I was getting a vehicle that had been inspected, diagnosed and serviced, evidently that’s not how it works. More

Very dissatisfied, disappointed and out money due to loss use of my work truck. I was told 1 day and it was 2 days without my work truck. Today it's broke down on a job site due to fault code and I am loss use of my work truck. I was told 1 day and it was 2 days without my work truck. Today it's broke down on a job site due to fault code and I am having it towed into your dealership. Another lost day and the big inconvenience of having to reschedule jobs today and get a vehicle to get me off the stranded job site. Not happy More
