Shawn is a GREAT service advisor I was in this morning for another oil change on my 2013 F-150. (my 4th 150 from Morrie's). Shawn took care of me as usual. He is always busy, but stil I was in this morning for another oil change on my 2013 F-150. (my 4th 150 from Morrie's). Shawn took care of me as usual. He is always busy, but still finds a little time to visit and ask how things are going. with the truck (and maybe a little hunting or fishing). He's very helpful when when asked a question concerning service. This morning I overheard his conversation concerning what another customer thought the labor hours were high on his vehicle. Shawn explained it brilliantly as there was much more to changing out the alternator on the customer's vehicle than he'd realized which he accepted. He's real good and Knows what he is doing. I also enjoyed a short visit with Chad Erickson. while waiting on the servicing. More

The Whole Team is Superb I bought my new car in July 2014, there was a factory recall that needed to be fixed. I set my appointment and also needed an oil change. I sat in their Customer Lounge used their Guest WIFI and did my work while my car was being taken care of. Everyone greeted me and asked if I needed anything else while I was waiting. I bought the car from JR in July so we chatted about a used car for my daughter, I picked out what I thought she would love and they let me drive it to her. If it would not have been a 5 speed we would have purchased it but she was nervous about driving a stick. We will be back!!! More

After 2 days and $667 we left with nothing fixed. Conversation overheard between service reps deciding to put on new part on another vehicle in service rather than refund money. Felt high level of dishonesty. Another lady came into service department asking for quote on dent. First service rep quoted her a price and second rep increased the quote substantially. Same as they did for us earlier. They spent 5 hours trying to remove bolt on our pickup. Wanted us to give them approval to ruin our turbo to get bolt out. We told them no. Told them we would drive the vehicle home and have it fixed there. We asked them to give us pictures of what they found to show our local mechanic who Morries defamed in an attempt to further their work. They did nothing and charged us $667, One time traveling we had problems, stopped into dealership in Utah. They fixed it and wouldn't charge us. What a difference in dealerships. Would never recommend Morries dealership! After returning home we had our pickup serviced by a local business. The bolt in question came right out within minutes. We were there when they removed it. It was not stainless steel as Morries told us and it was not cross threaded. Morries told us EGR delete kit was illegal, but it is not in Nebraska where we live. Our local serviceman repaired our vehicle and we had it back within a day. Morries have called us and wanted to refund us one hour of labor in return for us not vocalizing this complaint. We refused. More
Customer service is always top notch as is the quality of work. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable and the prices are compatible with the market. I just don't know why it should take 1.5 hours, or work. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable and the prices are compatible with the market. I just don't know why it should take 1.5 hours, or more, to change the oil.(?) When I'm in having the oil changed and always check out any good deals that may be of interest. I have bought three vehicles from Tony in the last 5 years, always a good experience. May be in the marked for a good Pickup pretty soon and Tony will be the "Go-To" guy. More

Sheila was very helpful in my purchase of four tires, she took all the time needed to ensure we chose the best/correct tire and set up the appointment for the next day.
